Who we are

 

Natthasouk Investment is a hospitality development and investment company based in Singapore. Established in 2007, Natthasouk Investment has successfully developed and acquired an award-winning portfolio of 14 luxury and upscale hotels located in the Asia Pacific region.​

We have a strong track record of ground up developments, construction take-outs, acquisitions and repositioning of hospitality assets. The company has developed strong relationships with industry leading hotel operators such as Hyatt, Marriott and Accor.​

The current portfolio is unique in its quality, outstanding architecture and services. The properties are characterised by innovative design and attention to detail that blends with the local culture. Some of the properties have been named in Conde Nast or Travel & Leisure’s awards.​

We are further committed to sustainable tourism and environmental best practices and support a range of initiatives, from World Monuments Fund temple restoration in Cambodia and Coral Reef conservation in the Maldives to the Bamboo Shark Nursery in Khao Lak and the Marine Biology Centre in Phuket.

The company has established a distinctive track record as a niche player and is committed to further development as an institutional investor in hospitality projects.

PARK HYATT MALDIVES

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, Our Living Island, is a natural private island in Huvadhu, the largest and deepest atoll in the world. PARK HYATT SIEM REAP
